Results sort by distance, so the closest option is normally the first thing you see. One exception, stated plainly: a lounge can pay to be promoted, and while that promotion is running it appears above the distance-sorted results. Everything under it is ordered by how near it is to you.

Every lounge listing carries the details you actually need before you go: name, address, city and state, phone number, website and hours, plus photos submitted by members and reviewed before they appear.
Alongside that sits the community side — an aggregate rating and a review count, so you can see at a glance how a lounge has landed with people who have actually been there.

Ratings come from members of this site, one per member per lounge, not from a scraped review feed or a syndicated star count. Every lounge shows its review count next to its rating, so you can see how many people that average is built on — a long-established lounge and one with a single review are easy to tell apart.
Smoke there, then log it there
A lounge on the map is a place you can attach to a journal entry, not only a listing to read. Log a cigar and tag the lounge you smoked it at, and the same tag is available on a community post — so where you were is recorded as that venue rather than as a line of text that means nothing to anyone else.
Adding one counts
Submitting a lounge that gets approved earns XP toward your tier, and so does reviewing one. It is the same progression the rest of the site runs on — the directory grows because the people using it are credited for building it.
Browse it without an account
The directory is also a set of plain pages: every state, the cities inside it, and a page per lounge carrying its address, hours, phone, website, description, photos and rating. No sign-in, no app — useful when you are looking something up for somebody else.
Add the one you smoke at
Any member can submit a lounge that is missing from the directory — name, address and whatever details they have. A curator reviews the submission before it goes live, so what you find in the directory has been checked, not auto-published.
Once a lounge is up, anyone can rate it and add photos, and those photos go through the same review step before they show.
Still growing
This directory is member-built: every lounge in it was added by someone who has actually been there, and it grows the same way — one submission and one curator approval at a time. Coverage right now is concentrated in a handful of states rather than nationwide, so a search in an area with few members will turn up little or nothing today.
