You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal smoking age in your jurisdiction) to use this app. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Cigar Vault only for its intended purpose as a personal cigar journal and collection management tool. You will not use the app to post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. You will not attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization. You will not use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the app.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create in the app, including journal entries, reviews, and notes. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. We may use aggregated, anonymized data from user activity to improve our services and provide community features.
Communications and Marketing
When you create an account or contact us, you agree that we may use the email address you provide to send transactional messages (account, security, password reset, support replies) and occasional marketing emails about Cigar Vault — new features, related products such as Salt and Smoke Cigars, and offers we think you’ll like. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from marketing will never affect transactional account messages. We do not share or sell your email address to third-party advertisers.
Intellectual Property
The Cigar Vault app, including its design, features, and code, is our intellectual property. Our cigar database is compiled from various sources and is provided for informational purposes. Cigar brand names and images belong to their respective owners.

Cigar pricing, availability, and product information are provided for reference only and may not be current. We do not guarantee the accuracy of cigar data, ratings, or recommendations. Cigar Vault is not affiliated with any cigar manufacturer or retailer unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of Liability
Cigar Vault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
